Independent Professionals (IPs) are fast becoming commonplace in multinational firms. To confront the future, such firms are not only building talent internally or buying it, but are increasingly borrowing seasoned management consultants, project managers, subject matter experts and others who can positively impact complex initiatives.

In this panel discussion, a-connect’s co-founder Hanne de Mora talks to Caroline Luscombe, Head of Human Resources for Syngenta, and William Wolf, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at Credit Suisse, about the challenges of thinking about the future and how their respective organizations leverage both IPs and providers of independent talent.
