Karen Ferguson Macleod has over 25 years of leadership experience in the professional services industry. Most recently, she served as President of Tatum, an operating company of Randstad. Prior to that, she was a co-founder of Resources Global Professionals (RGP) and served as President of North America, in which she was an integral part of the firm’s growth and strategic direction. She began her career at Deloitte and specialized in the Retail Industry Practice as a Senior Manager.
