Jan joined a-connect to work on stimulating business challenges in a diverse environment. He studied Finance and Accounting and Corporate Finance Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. After gaining his experience in finance and supporting clients with buy- and sell-side transactions, he pursued a double degree diploma – CEMS Master in International Management in Warsaw (WSE) and Dublin (UCD) to broaden his perspective. After graduation, Jan worked for EY in Poland and Germany. He supported clients from a variety of sectors in M&A transactions, creating business cases, identifying value-creation levers and performing commercial due diligence. Additionally, Jan gathered experience in corporate venture creation and consulting while advising one the largest automotive companies on their global IT businesses reorganization.

Jan is passionate about being part of the international environment of a-connect and strives to work together with Independent Professionals to generate value-add for a-connect clients from across the globe.
