Our Recruitment Process
At a-connect we have three key stages to our recruitment process
Send us your CV and if you match our requirements a member of our team
will schedule an introduction call.
In total, you will have 4 interviews, split into sets of 2. These will test
your cultural fit, as well as your analytical and problem-solving skills,
and will be both in-person and via VC.
If you are successful, we will make you an offer, and start working
on your onboarding process so you can rapidly settle into our team and your role.
