A leading global agrochemical company needed to establish a new business unit focused on Agri-biologicals. This required combining their existing biological business with a recent acquisition. Both were quite different in structure and style. It was essential that the new entity’s operating model would support and deliver rapid revenue growth. And also leverage the strengths of the individual units pre-merger.

Our team designed and supported a process that enabled the client to design, test, and implement a range of global and in-country operating models. Many of these are now operational. We played a key role in the growth and development of a new, combined leadership team. This included establishing new ways of working and aligning key cultural traits.
