Our client was preparing to launch a highly anticipated therapy for psoriasis in the ultra-competitive U.S. Dermatology market. A novel Mechanism of Action (MOA) made the drug a potential blockbuster. The client had to manage the launch with cross-functional collaboration through to FDA approval.
