A leading global industrial products company had launched a comprehensive sales excellence program. They aimed to deliver measurable uplift to their top and bottom line. To achieve this they were looking to improve:

  • Organization and capacity
  • Sales force effectiveness
  • Governance and enablers

OUR SOLUTION

Develop and implement tailored plans

We hand-picked five consultants to manage the project from start to finish. They provided best-in-class methodology, analytical rigor, and subject matter expertise. In close collaboration with the client, a design and implementation plan was developed and executed. This involved:

Seven weeks of diagnostic and foundation work

Qualitative and quantitative maturity assessments of all countries. The insight enabled the development of tailored action plans to realize the true potential of each country.

In-country roll-out in waves of 8-12 weeks

These were applied simultaneously across two to three countries at a time.
